Race report
The performance and reputation of the XB8 are growing race by race.

After the victory by Perrin in the 2nd round on a quite flat surface, Team
XRAY was now committed to showcase the performance of the car in a really
difficult bumpy track.

The results after qualifications are the following:
1. Lanfranchi XB8 EC - TQ
2. Perin - XB8 EC

3. Tortorici

Lanfranchi and Perin dominated the semi-finals with a 3rd team driver
Cavagnis who claimed 7th place for the final.

In the Final, Perrin took the lead with Lanfranchi who had to fight with
some cars before he got 2nd place. At this time we have two XB cars (in the
1st two places) with Tortorici 3rd.

A defective air filter gave some problems to Perrin who had to retire from
the competition. Lanfranchi took over the lead until the end with enough
speed to lead Tortorici by one lap. Lanfranchi, who was the only driver
able to turn 8 laps in qualification, was racing his XB8 for the first time
this year!

In the junior class XRAY also performed perfectly. Monzani was leading
until 5 meters from the end of the race... then ran out of fuel, handing over
the victory to another competitor.
